肺癌患者围手术期护理干预效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Patients With Lung Cancer

目的探讨肺癌围手术期护理干预及护理效果。方法将我院收治的70例肺癌手术治疗的患者作为本次研究的观察对象,按照给予护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。其中,观察组给予患者综合护理干预,对照组给予患者常规护理干预,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,观察组患者生命质量、疼痛评分优于对照组,观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,各项比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在肺癌患者围手术期给予综合护理干预,可加快患者的恢复,缓解患者不良心理状态,且并发症少安全性高,患者护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention and nursing effect in perioperative period of lung cancer.Methods In this study,70 patients with lung cancer treated by surgery in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.Among them,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention for patients,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention for patients,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The quality of life and pain scores of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with lung cancer can accelerate the recovery of patients,relieve the anxiety and tension of patients,and have fewer complications and high safety,high nursing satisfaction of patients.
