摘要
上海市静安区2014年起开始基础教育集团化办学的探索。随着集团化办学的推进,对其办学成效的研究日益重要。从集团化办学的学生主体出发,基于合作和协同理念,设计了关系契合度和发展成效两个一级指标,对区内三个单一法人教育集团的学生发展协同效应进行绩效考评。教育集团学生标准化综合得分和对学生发展影响的实证研究,证明集团化办学增强了优质教育资源的辐射力,使学生的综合素质整体均衡发展。
Since 2014,Jing’an District of Shanghai,has carried out the practice of collectivization.With its implementation,research on its effectiveness has become increasingly important.Based on the concepts of cooperation and coordination,this paper designs two first-level indicators of fit degree and development effect,and evaluates the synergy effect of students'development of three education groups which all run with single legal persons in Jing'an District.By the comprehensive score of the students'standardization of education group.The study on the students'development prove that the collectivization of education strengthens the radiant power of the high quality education resources and makes students'quality develop in a balanced way.
