摘要
[目的/意义]以"美国伊大中国图书馆员交流项目"(CLSEP)为契机,全面了解美国高校图书馆和公共图书馆的管理、战略规划、教学支持和服务创新,以期对中国高校图书馆的转型与发展有一定的借鉴和启示。[方法/过程]将现场调研、访谈讨论、讲座培训、实地演示嵌入到美国高校图书馆的服务情景中,在观念、理念层面强烈的思想碰撞形成了实践层面的思考。[结果/结论]从管理理念、教学支持、服务创新等三个方面,系统、全面地梳理美国高校图书馆的理念和实践,研究我国高校图书馆的转型与发展如何适应我国高等教育发展的形势,引发了多层面、多视角的思考。
[Purpose/significance]Taking“CLSEP”as an opportunity,this paper tries to present a comprehensive picture of the management,strategic planning,teaching support and service innovation of American university libraries and public libraries,with a view to providing some reference and inspiration for the transformation and development of Chinese university libraries.[Method/process]Putting on-site investigation,interview and discussion,lecture training and on-site demonstration into the service scenario of American university libraries and inspired by a major ideological collision at the conceptual and ideological levels,we reflected on the practice.[Result/conclusion]This paper sorts out the concepts and practice of American university libraries from three aspects,namely management concepts,teaching support and service innovation,and studies how Chinese university libraries can be transformed and developed so as to adapt themselves to the development of higher education.It is hoped that our reflections will trigger multi-level and m ulti-perspective thinking.
