关于胰体尾术后胰漏的危险因素的分析

Analysis of Risk Factors for Pancreatic Leakage after Pancreatic Body and Tail Surgery

目的探究胰体尾术后胰漏的危险因素。方法回顾性分析该院2012年2月—2018年5月收治的52例胰体尾术后患者病历资料,对比发生胰漏的患者一般资料差异情况,将有差异项带入Logistic回归方程,分析胰体尾术后胰漏的危险因素,并给予针对性预防措施。结果所选取调查对象中共有8例患者发生胰体尾术后胰漏,占15.38%。在断面处理方式、残余胰腺体积、胰腺质地上,发生胰体尾术后胰漏与未发生胰体尾术后胰漏对象对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将上述因素带入Logistic回归方程计算发现,上诉情况均是引起胰体尾术后胰漏的影响因素。结论胰体尾术患者会受断面处理方式、残余胰腺体积、胰腺质地的影响,增加胰体尾术后胰漏发生率,临床应针对性给予相关预防措施,减少胰体尾术后胰漏的发生率,避免对患者造成严重危害。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of 52 cases of postoperative pancreatic body and tail surgery patients in our hospital from Feburary 2012 to May 2018 was conducted.The general data of patients with pancreatic leakage were compared,and the differences were brought into Logistic regression.Equations,analysis of risk factors for pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery,and targeted preventive measures.Results A total of 8 patients in the selected subjects had pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery,accounting for 15.38%.In the cross-section treatment,residual pancreatic volume,and pancreatic texture,there was a difference in the pancreatic leakage between the pancreatic body and the pancreas after the pancreatic body and tail surgery(P<0.05).The above factors were brought into the logistic regression equation and found that the appeal situation was the influencing factor of pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery.Conclusion Patients with pancreatic body and tail surgery will be affected by cross-section treatment,residual pancreatic volume and pancreatic texture,and increase the incidence of pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery.Clinically,relevant preventive measures should be given to reduce pancreatic leakage after pancreatic body and tail surgery incidence rate,to avoid serious harm to patients.
