摘要
目的分析研讨肺表面活性物质联合呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法随机从该院2015年4月—2018年2月期间收治的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中抽取80例作回顾分析,依据其治疗方式分组,其中40例接受呼吸机治疗(对照组),另40例接受呼吸机联合肺表面活性物质治疗,观察比较治疗效果。结果比较p H、PaO_2、PaCO_2指标,治疗前,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组p H(7.37±0.03)、PaO_2(8.13±0.42)mmHg高于对照组(7.29±0.02)、(6.93±0.47)mmHg,PaCO_2(5.88±0.28)mmHg低于对照组(6.93±0.31)mmHg,组间数据差异有统计学意义(t=14.032 9、12.040 7、15.897 2,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0)。研究组机械通气时间(41.26±15.12)h、氧疗时间(101.23±86.25)h、住院时间(10.5±6.2)h低于对照组(48.69±15.20)h、(182.45±202.16)h、(16.8±5.8)h,组间数据差异有统计学意义(t=2.191 8、2.337 1、4.693 1,P=0.031 4、0.022 0、0.000 0)。结论建议临床治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征采用肺表面活性物质联合呼吸机方式,可显著改善其血气状况,缩短治疗时间,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of pulmonary surfactant combined with ventilator in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed from 80 children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to February 2018.According to their treatment,40 patients were treated with ventilator(control group).),another 40 patients received ventilator combined with pulmonary surfactant treatment,observed and compared the treatment effect.Results The pH,PaO2,and PaCO2 indexes were compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the study group pH(7.37±0.03)and PaO2(8.13±0.42)mmHg were higher than the control group of(7.29±0.02),(6.93±0.47)mmHg,PaCO2(5.88±0.28)mmHg was lower than the control group(6.93±0.31)mmHg,and the data between the groups were statistically significant(t=14.032 9,12.040 7,15.897 2,P=0.000 0,0.000 0,0.000 0).The study group mechanical ventilation time(41.26±15.12)h,oxygen therapy time(101.23±86.25)h,hospitalization time(10.5±6.2)h was lower than the control group(48.69±15.20)h,(182.45±202.16)h,(16.8±5.8)h,the data between the groups were statistically significant(t=2.191 8,2.337 1,4.693 1,P=0.031 4,0.022 0,0.000 0).Conclusion It is recommended that the clinical treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome with pulmonary surfactant combined with ventilator can significantly improve the blood gas status and shorten the treatment time,which is worth promoting.
