摘要
目的研究胺碘酮联合美托洛尔应用于充血性心衰患者快速型室性心律失常治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年9月期间收治的充血性心衰伴快速型室性心律失常患者100例,按照床号单双将其分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组以胺碘酮完成治疗,试验组以胺碘酮联合美托洛尔完成治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,比较两组治疗后检查指标,并比较患者不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组62.00%的治疗总有效率,数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.013 3,P=0.002 6)。试验组治疗后各项检查指标优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组10.00%的不良反应发生率高于对照组6.00%的发生率,但数据差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.122 1,P=0.726 7)。结论胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗充血性心衰快速型室性心律失常患者的效果较好,临床价值较高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of rapid ventricular arrhythmia in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 100 patients with congestive heart failure and rapid ventricular arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were convenient selected and divided into control group and test group according to the bed number.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the experimental group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the post-treatment test indexes of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.00%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 62.00%of the control group.The data were significantly different(χ^2=9.013 3,P=0.002 6).The test indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was 10.00%higher than that in the control group of 6.00%,but the data were not significantly different(χ^2=0.122 1,P=0.726 7).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure and rapid ventricular arrhythmia,with high clinical value.
