曲美他嗪联合芪参益气滴丸治疗左室射血分数降低心力衰竭的临床疗效及评价

Clinical Efficacy and Evaluation of Trimetazidine Combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill in the Treatment of Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction in Reducing Heart Failure

目的评价曲美他嗪与芪参益气滴丸联合应用治疗左室射血分数降低心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2017年5月—2018年8月收治的80例左室射血分数降低心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例,均给予两组患者常规抗心衰治疗,在常规治疗的基础上给予试验组患者曲美他嗪联合芪参益气滴丸治疗,治疗周期均为3个月,比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的6 min步行距离。结果试验组治疗总有效率97.5%较对照组85.0%高,实验组临床有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.914,P<0.05),不良反应发生率5.0%与对照组不良反应发生率7.5%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.213,P>0.05)。经治疗后,实验组患者6 min步行距离(532.22±39.27)m,多于对照组(450.88±40.01)m,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.936,P<0.05),且同组间治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗心衰的基础上,联合应用曲美他嗪、芪参益气滴丸联合对左室射血分数降低心力衰竭患者实施治疗,能够进一步改善患者临床疗效,且不会增加用药风险。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill in the treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction in reducing heart failure.Methods 80 patients with left ventricular ejection fraction and heart failure who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.40 patients in each group were given conventional anti-heart failure treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients in the experimental group were treated with trimetazidine combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill.The treatment period was 3 months.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the walking distance was 6 minutes before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%higher than that of the control group(85.0%).The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.914,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was 7.5%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.213,P >0.05).After treatment,the walking distance of the experimental group was(532.22±39.27)m,which was more than that of the control group(450.88±40.01)m.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=7.936,P<0.05),and between the same group.Before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti-heart failure,combined application of trimetazidine and Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill in the treatment of patients with heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction,can further improve the clinical efficacy of patients without increasing the risk of medication.
