摘要
目的探讨血型实验室的输血检验质量和输血安全及其对凝血因子的影响。方法研究对象方便选取文该院于2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的300例输血治疗患者,回顾性分析其临床资料。根据数学随机方法,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者150例。对照组采用常规的输血检验,观察组患者在输血过程中采用细致化的输血检验和输血安全控制,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组输血安全事故发生率2%(3/150)显著低于对照组的事故发生率10%(15/150)(χ2=8.511, P<0.05),观察组患者的输血样品合格率98%(147/150)显著优于对照组患者的输血样品合格率83%(124/150)(χ2=20.193, P<0.05)。观察组的凝血酶原和纤维蛋白素浓度更加稳定。结论在血型实验室的输血过程中,采用细致化的质量检验和输血安全控制,有效减少输血安全事故的发生情况,保证凝血分子的状态稳定,具有显著的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the quality of blood transfusion test and the safety of blood transfusion in blood type laboratory and its influence on blood coagulation factors.Methods A total of 300 transfusion patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were conveniently enrolled.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the mathematical randomization method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,each group of 150 patients each.The control group used routine blood transfusion test.The patients in the observation group used a detailed blood transfusion test and blood transfusion safety control during the blood transfusion process to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of blood transfusion safety accidents in the observation group was 2%(3/150),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 10%(15/150)(χ^2=8.511,P<0.05).The pass rate of blood transfusion samples in the observation group of 98%(147/150)was significantly better than the control group.The pass rate of transfusion samples was 83%(124/150)(χ^2=20.193,P<0.05).The prothrombin and fibrin concentrations in the observation group were more stable.Conclusion In the blood transfusion process of blood type laboratory,careful quality test and blood transfusion safety control are adopted to effectively reduce the occurrence of blood transfusion safety accidents and ensure the stable state of blood coagulation molecules,which has significant clinical value.
