This paper explains the etiology and harm of diabetic foot,and leads to the origin of clustering nursing.This paper summarizes the application of clustering nursing intervention in the prevention of diabetic foot,and points out that the treatment of clustered nursing intervention can prevent the prognosis of diabetic foot patients and improve medical treatment.The results of the quality of care and existing problems have been proposed to increase the number of randomized controlled studies to promote the development of the entire discipline.
