单人操作在无痛结肠镜检查中的应用效果

Application effect of single operation in painless colonoscopy

目的分析单人操作在无痛结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月我院收治的78例无痛结肠镜检查患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各39例。对照组采用双人操作无痛胃镜,观察组应用单人操作,比较两组患者的临床指标及不良反应总发生率。结果两组患者检查中的收缩压、舒张压、脉率与检查前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检查中,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、脉率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组达回盲部镜身长度短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在无痛结肠镜检查时,应用单人操作检查,安全性、有效性均较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical experience of single operation with painless colonoscopy.Methods A total of 78 patients with painless colonoscopy admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer,with 39 cases in each group.The control group used painless gastroscopy with double operation,and the observation group used single operation.The clinical indicators and the total incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate of the two groups before and after examination(P >0.05).After examination,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate between the two groups(P >0.05).The length of the ileocecal mirror in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-person operation is safe and effective in painless colonoscopy,which is worthy of clinical application.
