优质PU皮海棉圈鸟巢在新生儿科的应用研究

目的探讨优质PU皮海棉圈鸟巢在新生儿科中的应用研究。方法选取2016年8～12月瑞金市妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的94例新生儿作为研究对象,按照不同鸟巢方式将其分成对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=47)。两组新生儿均予以鸟巢式护理,对照组新生儿应用高压灭菌浴巾摆成椭圆形鸟巢,研究组新生儿则采取优质PU皮海棉圈鸟巢。比较两组新生儿护理期间的鸟巢适用率、重置率、更换率,因鸟巢而发生皮肤擦伤、皮肤压痕情况及鸟巢经济成本。结果研究组新生儿护理期间的鸟巢适用率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的44.68%,重置率、更换率均为0.00%,均分别低于对照组的34.04%、21.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿的皮肤擦伤发生率为2.13%,皮肤压痕发生率为6.38%,均分别显著低于对照组的21.28%、29.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿每天的鸟巢经济成本低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质PU皮海棉圈鸟巢在新生儿科中的应用效果确切,安全舒适,成本不高,可借鉴。

Objective To investigate the application study of high quality PU leather sponge circle nest in neonatology.Methods A total of 94 newborns treated in the neonatology department of Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group(n=47)and the study group(n=47)according to the different bird nest methods.Newborns in the control group were placed in the nest using an autoclave bath towel,and newborns in the study group were given the high quality PU leather sponge circle nest.The nest applicability rate,reset rate and replacement rate during neonatal care,skin abrasions,skin indentation and economic cost due to the nest were compared between the two groups.Results The nest applicability rate during neonatal care was 100.00%in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 44.68%,reset rate and replacement rate were both 0.00%,which were lower than those in the control group accounting for 34.04%and 21.28%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of skin abrasion in the study group was 2.13%,the incidence rate of skin indentation was 6.38%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group accounting for 21.28%and 29.79%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The economic cost of the nest in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high quality PU leather sponge circle nest in the neonatology is certain,safe and comfortable,and the cost is not high,which can be referred.
