超声聚焦治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果

Effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨超声聚焦治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年6月我院妇科门诊收治的89例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例)。观察组患者实施聚焦超声治疗,对照组患者实施微波治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(7.35±1.95)min,出血量为(6.92±3.28)ml,分别与对照组的(6.84±1.82)min、(6.38±2.34)ml比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的84.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组的38.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声在慢性宫颈炎患者治疗中的效果显著,且并发症较少,值得临床深究。

Objective To investigate the effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 89 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to department of gynecology of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(44 cases).The patients in the observation group were treated with focused ultrasound and those in the control group were treated with microwave therapy.The operation time,blood loss,clinical treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(7.35±1.95)min,and the amount of bleeding was(6.92±3.28)ml,which were not statistically significantly different from those of the control group of(6.84±1.82)min and(6.38±2.34)ml respectively(P >0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.64%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused ultrasound has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis,with fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical investigation.
