风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值

Application value of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management

目的探讨风险防范式护理在儿科护理中的价值。方法选取2016年9月～2017年3月我院收治的138例患儿作为研究对象进行研究分析,按照接受护理模式的不同,将患者随机分为观察组(n=69)和对照组(n=69)。对照组患儿采用常规护理模式,观察组患儿采用防范式护理模式。比较两组患儿的护理质量评分和风险事件总发生率。结果护理后,观察组患儿的健康、心理、治疗、生活等方面的护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理期间的风险事件总发生率(2.90%)显著低于对照组(15.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险防范式护理能够有效提高患儿的就医质量,规避危险事件的发生。

Objective To explore the value of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 138 cases of patients treated in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were selected as subjects for research and analysis,and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=69)and the control group(n=69)according to the different modes of receiving nursing.Patients in the control group were cared by the traditional pediatric treating service,and others in the observation group were cared using the risk prevention intervention method.The nursing quality score and the total incidence of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing quality scores of health,psychology,treatment,life and other aspects in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the observation group(2.90%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.94%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk prevention intervention way can improve the patients′quality of rehabilitation and avoid the occurrence of dangerous events.
