护理干预在经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗肾结石中的应用效果

Applicative effect of nursing intervention in percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones

目的探讨护理干预在讨经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石治疗肾结石中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2018年1月我院收治的60例肾结石患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法将其分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受护理干预。比较两组患者的护理总满意度以及生活质量评分。结果护理后,实验组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,实验组患者的护理总满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗肾结石中的应用效果显著,能够显著改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of kidney stones with percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods Sixty patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to double-blind method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention.The total nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the treatment of kidney stones by percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.
