穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中瘫痪患者运动功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on motor function and quality of life in patients with stroke paralysis

目的探讨穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中瘫痪患者运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年9月～2018年5月本院收治的脑卒中后瘫痪患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规康复训练,观察组行穴位按摩结合康复护理。比较两组干预后的肌张力及足跖屈角度,粗大运动功能评分及生活质量评分。结果两组干预后的肌张力低于干预前,足跖屈角度小于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组干预后的肌张力低于对照组,足跖屈角度小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后的粗大运动功能评分高于干预前,生活质量评分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组干预后的粗大运动功能评分高于对照组,生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中后瘫痪患者行穴位按摩结合康复护理护理,能更好地改善患者的肢体运动能力,降低其肌张力,改善其整体生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on motor function and quality of life in patients with stroke paralysis.Methods All of 80 patients with stroke paralysis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two group,each group had 40 cases.The control group received the routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received the acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing.Then the muscle tension and plantar flexion angle,gross exercise function score and quality of life score after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The muscle tension of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the plantar flexion angle was smaller than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the muscle tension of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the plantar flexion angle was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gross motor function score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,and the quality of life score was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).The gross motor function score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing applied in patients with stroke paralysis can can better improve their limb motor ability,reduce their muscle tension and improve their overall quality of life.
