负压封闭引流技术联合外固定架对胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织损伤的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with external fixator in the reatment of open tibiofibular fracture with soft tissue injury

目的研究负压封闭引流技术联合外固定架对胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织损伤的治疗效果。方法选取在我院进行治疗的70例胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织损伤患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行外固定架术,观察组行负压封闭引流技术联合外固定架。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间及创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后的膝关节功能优良率及踝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术联合外固定术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织损伤能够提高治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,促进创面和骨折的愈合,安全性高。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with external fixator in the treatment of open tibiofibular fracture with soft tissue injury.Methods Seventy patients with open tibiofibular fracture with soft tissue injury treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent external fixation,and the observation group underwent vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with external fixator.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time,hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function and ankle joint function after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage technique combined with external fixator in the treatment of open tibiofibular fracture with soft tissue injury can improve the treatment effect,shorten the hospitalization time,promote the healing of wounds and fractures,with high safety.
