摘要 目的分析臭氧自体血回输疗法对急性期脑梗死患者脑功能重塑的影响。方法将88例急性脑梗死患者随机分为参照组和研究组,各44例。参照组应用常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上应用臭氧自体血回输疗法。比较两组治疗前、后氧化应激指标水平、神经功能评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组MDA水平均降低,SOD水平均升高,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死应用臭氧自体血回输疗法可改善患者的氧化应激损伤,促进脑神经功能重塑,提高治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy on brain function remodeling in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,while the study group was treated with ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy on the basis of the reference group.The levels of oxidative stress indexes,neurological function scores before and after treatment and therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MDA levels in both groups decreased,SOD levels increased,and those in the study group were better than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy can improve oxidative stress injury,promote the remodeling of brain nerve function and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
