首诊中晚期肝癌患者治疗期间心理变化的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of psychological changes in patients with first-diagnosed advanced hepatocellular carcinoma during treatment

目的分析首诊中晚期肝癌患者治疗期间心理变化的影响因素。方法选择在我院首诊确诊并治疗的中晚期肝癌患者92例,所有患者接受介入治疗和常规护理,分析其心理变化的影响因素。结果自理能力、病情知晓情况、疾病知识了解程度、治疗副作用、医疗费用支付方式是影响中晚期肝癌患者SAS及SDS评分的相关因素,其中自理能力、疾病知识了解程度是独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论自理能力、疾病知识了解程度是中晚期肝癌患者焦虑、抑郁的独立危险因素,临床应结合相应因素给予适当护理干预。

Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of psychological changes in patients with first-diagnosed advanced hepatocellular carcinoma during treatment.Methods Ninety-two patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who were first diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected.All patients received interventional therapy and routine nursing,and the influencing factors of their psychological changes were analyzed.Results Self-care ability,awareness of illness,understand of disease knowledge,side effects of treatment and payment methods of medical expenses were the related factors affecting SAS and SDS scores in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma,among which,self-care ability and understand of disease knowledge were the independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-care ability and understand of disease knowledge are the independent risk factors for anxiety and depression in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Appropriate nursing intervention should be given in combination with relevant factors.
