黄芪建中汤联合柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果

Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨黄芪建中汤联合柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法选择医院收治的88例CAG患者,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用黄芪建中汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的症状积分均降低,血清PGⅠ水平均升高,PGⅡ水平均降低,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在CAG患者的治疗中应用黄芪建中汤联合柴胡疏肝散可显著改善患者的症状和PG水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 88 patients with CAG in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups decreased,the levels of serum PGⅠelevated,the levels of PGⅡdecreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on patients with CAG can significantly improve the symptoms and levels of PG,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
