健脾益气理念下推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果

Clinical effect of massage manipulation under the concept of invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi in infantile anorexia

目的探究健脾益气理念下推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的90例厌食症患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予健胃消食片和复合维生素B进行治疗,观察组以健脾益气为原则行推拿按摩。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前、后中医证候评分及血浆Zn2+、Ca2+水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,与对照组的84.44%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组食欲、食量、面色、腹部不适、精神心情、出汗、大便不调及呕吐评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组腹部不适、大便不调评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后,两组Zn2+、Ca2+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Zn2+、Ca2+水平显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气理念下行推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症临床效果确切,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善患儿体内微量元素水平,且在缓解腹部不适、大便不调症状时具有一定优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of massage manipulation in infantile anorexia under the concept of invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi.Methods A total of 90 children with anorexia admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.The children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet and compound vitamin B,while the observation group was treated with massage based on the principle of invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The TCM syndrome scores and plasma Zn^2+and Ca^2+levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 91.11%in the observation group,and that in the control group was 84.44%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of appetite,capacity for eating,complexion,abdominal discomfort,mood,sweating,stool irregularities and vomiting in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of abdominal discomfort and stool irregularities in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of Zn^2+and Ca^2+between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of Zn^2+and Ca^2+in the two groups significantly increased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The massage manipulation under the concept of invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi on infantile anorexia has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,improve the level of trace elements in children's body,and has some advantages in relieving abdominal discomfort and stool irregularities.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
