综合护理在中药治疗红皮型银屑病(白疕)中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in erythrodermic psoriasis treated with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨综合护理在中药治疗红皮型银屑病(白疕)中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年12月至2018年6月收治的104例红皮型银屑病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各52例。两组均给予中药治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理,比较两组的临床疗效、饮食、睡眠、自我用药以及自我护理情况。结果研究组治愈率和治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的合理饮食、良好睡眠、合理用药以及自我护理情况较好占比均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理结合能够提高中药治疗红皮型银屑病的临床效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in erythrodermic psoriasis treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 104 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was given routine nursing on this basis,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,diet,sleep,self-medication and self-nursing of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of reasonable diet,great sleep,reasonable medication and better self-nursing of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can increase the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
