人性化护理对动脉硬化闭塞症术后患者预后的影响

Effect of humanized nursing on prognosis of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans after surgery

目的探讨人性化护理对动脉硬化闭塞症术后患者预后的影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年9月我院收治的动脉硬化闭塞症患者40例为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规基础护理,观察组应用人性化护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的负面情绪、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的SDS及SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的牙龈出血发生率及并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效缓解动脉硬化闭塞症术后患者的负面情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on prognosis of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans after surgery.Methods Forty patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans treated in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basis nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing.The negative emotion before and after treatment,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gingival bleeding and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans after surgery can effectively alleviate the negative emotions,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
