干预后,C组患者FEV1/FVC、PEF、MVV及6MWT水平均优于A、B组(P<0.05),而A、B组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with respiratory muscle training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Ninety-six patients with COPD admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups. All patients received routine medical nursing. On this basis, the group A(n=32)received cognitive behavioral intervention, the group B(n=32)received respiratory muscle training, and the group C(n=32)received cognitive behavioral intervention combined with respiratory muscle training. The nursing effects of the three groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance rate of the group C was 96.88%,that of the group A was 81.25%,and that of the group B was 65.62%,there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of FEV1/FVC,PEF,MVV and 6MWT in the group C were better than those in the group A and B(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the group A and group B(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of respiratory symptoms, daily living ability and disease impact in the group C were lower than those in group the A and B(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in the group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with respiratory muscle training in patients with COPD has a significant effect, which is worthy of promotion.
