拜阿司匹灵联合氯吡格雷对进展性脑梗死患者的临床意义研究

Clinical Significance of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in Patients with Progressive Cerebral Infarction

目的观察拜阿司匹灵肠溶片联合氢硫酸氯吡格雷片对进展性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于辽阳县中心医院神经内科收治的进展性脑梗患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用口服拜阿司匹林灵,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷口服,应用NIHSS量表观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组在治疗4个周期后NIHSS评分和有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对进展性脑梗死患者安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods FromJanuary 2016 to January 2017 in 60 cases of Central Hospital of Liaoyang county from the Department of Neurology of progressive cerebral infarctionpatients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 30 cases in the control group, by oral administrationof aspirin, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of clopidogrel combined with oral application of NIHSS scale clinicalobservation two groups of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel is safe and effective for patients with progressive cerebral infarction, and is worthy of promotion.
