超微血管成像技术在鉴别诊断颈部淋巴结病变中的应用

Application of microvascular imaging in the differential diagnosis of cervical lymph node

目的探究颈部淋巴结病变中使用超微血管成像技术(SMI)临床应用效果。方法资料随机选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收入80例颈部淋巴结病变患者作为本次观察对象,与病理结果比较,比较SMI诊断颈部淋巴结病变情况。结果病理结果与SMI技术诊断颈部淋巴结病变比较中良性淋巴结、淋巴瘤、恶性肿瘤转移淋巴结比较,两组差异无意义(P> 0.05)。结论 SMI技术在颈部淋巴结病变中具有较高血管显示率,有利于SMI技术对颈部淋巴结内微血管类型分析,对于提高淋巴结病变诊断准确率具有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using microvascular imaging(SMI) in cervical lymph node lesions. Methods Data Randomlyselected our hospital January 2016-December 2017 income of 80 cases of cervical lymph node disease as the observation object, compared with thepathological results, compared with the diagnosis of cervical lymph node disease SMI situation. Results Pathological results and SMI technology in thediagnosis of cervical lymph node lesions in benign lymph nodes, lymphoma, lymph node metastasis, there was no significant difference between the twogroups(P>0.05). Conclusion SMI technology in cervical lymph node lesions with higher vascular display rate is conducive to SMI technology in cervicallymph node type of microvascular analysis for improving the diagnostic accuracy of lymph node lesions of great clinical significance.
