护理干预在乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能训练中的作用效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Limb Function Training in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的研究在乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能训练中实施护理干预的效果。方法选择2015年7月至2017年9月本院乳腺癌患者40例,依据护理方式分为2组,实施不同护理干预,比较效果。结果观察组护理后肢体功能评分、出院后1个月及3个月康复评分分别为(57.49±6.33)分、(70.36±3.49)分、(81.33±6.30)分,对照组分别为(46.25±5.19)分、(62.45±4.05)分、(72.59±5.47)分,P <0.05。结论实施护理干预能够提升乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能训练效果,综合护理干预的效果更为明显,可推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on limb function training in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 40 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected. They were divided into 2 groups according to the nursingmethods, and different nursing intervention was implemented. Results Limb function score after nursing in the observation group, 1 months and 3 monthsrespectively after discharge rehabilitation score(57.49±6.33),(70.36±3.49),(81.33±6.30)% in the control group were(46.25±5.19),(62.45±4.05),(72.59±5.47), P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can improve the limb function training effect of breast cancer patients after operation,and the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is more obvious, which can be promoted.
