数字文化产业发展的驱动因素及趋势研究

Study on Driving Factors and Trends of Digital Cultural Industry Development

在新一轮科技革命和产业革命的背景下,数字文化产业已成为培育发展新动能、获取未来竞争新优势的关键领域,日益受到各界的广泛关注。基于产业集群竞争优势理论,以及美国、英国等代表性国家数字文化产业发展经验,归纳提炼得到数字文化产业发展的关键驱动因素。以杭州为例,从市场、资源、政策、优势产业四个方面,解析杭州市数字文化产业发展的驱动因素。在此基础上,提出数字文化产业未来发展的四大趋势,包括局部饱和推动增量市场的拓展、优质内容资源的竞争不断加剧、政策利好和政策风险同时存在、基于优势产业的全产业链发展。

In the context of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,the digital culture industry has become a key area to cultivate new momentum for development and gain new competitive advan.tages in the future,and has attracted more and more attention.Based on the competitive advantage theory of industri.al clusters and the development experience of digital cultural industry in the United States,Britain and other repre.sentative countries,this paper summarizes and extracts the key driving factors for the development of digital cultural industry.Taking hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the driving factors for the development of digital cul.tural industry in Hangzhou from four aspects:market,resources,policies and competitive industries.On this basis,four trends for the future development of digital culture industry are proposed,including the expansion of incremen.tal markets driven by local market saturation,the intensified competition for high-quality content resources,the co.existence of favorable policies and policy risks,and the development of the entire industrial chain based on competi.tive industries.
