我国纸浆进口贸易现状、影响因素分析与发展对策研究

Analysis on the Current Situation, Influencing Factors and Development Countermeasures of Pulp Import Trade in China

纸浆是造纸工业重要的原材料,由于我国森林资源和木材资源紧缺,国内纸浆产量难以满足本土纸制品生产需求,在很大程度上只能通过大规模进口弥补供需缺口。大量的进口纸浆会对我国的纸浆产业产生冲击。本文从我国纸浆生产与消耗分析入手,找出我国纸浆进口量的趋势和进口国的分布情况,并分析影响我国纸浆进口的内在与外在因素,最后从促进进口市场多元化、直接对外投资、加大国内纸浆的生产量、促进经济循环发展、争夺纸浆定价权五个方面提出了完善我国纸浆进口贸易的对策建议。

Pulp is an important raw material for paper industry.Due to the shortage of forest resources and wood resources in China,pulp production in China is difficult to meet the demand of local paper production.To a large ex.tent,it can only make up the gap between supply and demand through large-scale import.A large number of import.ed pulp will have an impact on China's pulp industry.This paper,starting with the analysis of pulp production and consumption in China,finds out the trend of China's pulp import and the distribution of the importing country,and analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the pulp import in China.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve China's pulp import trade,including five aspects:promoting the diversification of the import market,direct foreign investment,increasing the production of domestic pulp,promoting the economic cycle devel.opment,and competing for the pulp pricing power.
