从“悦读”服务看传统文献资源服务的创新

Views on Innovation of Traditional Literature Resources Service from “Yuedu” Service

"互联网+"背景下,传统文献资源服务的创新变革势在必行。基于读者的需求,杭州图书馆大胆改变传统的读者角色定位和文献资源创新服务模式,推出了"悦读"服务项目。推出近两年来,该项服务取得了较好的反响,得到了众多读者的认可。这一项目的实施的过程、取得的实效以及大量的数据,可以为公共图书馆开展文献资源服务提供了有益的借鉴。本文试以杭州图书馆的"悦读"服务相关实践为基础,分析探讨"悦读"服务对创新公共图书馆文献资源服务模式的启示。

Under the“Internet plus”background,the innovation of traditional literature resources service is imperative.Based on the needs of readers,Hangzhou Public Library has changed the traditional readers’role positioning and literature resource innovation service mode and launched the“Yuedu”service project.In the past two years,the service has received a good response and has been recognized by many readers.The implementation process of this project,the results achieved and the large amount of data can provide useful reference for the public library to carry out literature resource service.Based on the practice of“Yuedu”service in Hangzhou Public Library,this paper analyzes the enlightenment of“Yuedu”service to the innovation of public library literature resources service model.
