摘要
文章对枯草菌脂肽钠的性能及其在纺织行业中的应用进行了概述,分析了其在纺织行业中的应用前景。纺织品的前处理、染色及后整理过程都需要大量的表面活性剂来降低能源消耗,提高处理后产品的质量,而枯草菌脂肽钠优异的表面活性,高温强碱条件下较高的乳化性,以及抗菌性等都表明其在纺织染整加工过程中具有很大的应用前景。
This paper carried out a comprehensive conclusion of the properties of surfactin produced by Bacillus subtilis and its applications,and analyzed its application prospect in the textile industry.The pre-treatment,dyeing and finishing processes of the textile industry require a large number of surfactants to reduce energy consumption,and improve the quality of the finished products.Surfactin produced by Bacillus subtilis is of excellent surface activity,high emulsibility at high temperature and strong alkali conditions,and antibacterial properties,which makes it has a great application prospect in the processing of textiles.
