摘要
新疆某石化公司工业废水回用处理系统要求出水氨氮质量浓度小于1 mg/L,该项目生化处理采用纯氧曝气+Linpor-N工艺。针对Linpor-N池实际运行中出现的问题,总结运行经验,对影响氨氮去除率的因素进行分析,摸索出合适的运行参数。针对该废水水质, Linpor-N池运行参数宜控制在:溶解氧质量浓度为4.0 mg/L左右, pH值为7.5~8.0,维持SRT在15 d,控制进水m(BOD5)/m(TKN)=3~5,同时控制进水电导率在800~1 300μS/cm。
A petrochemical company in Xinjiang province requires the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in its effluent water from industrial wastewater recycling treatment system lower than 1 mg/L;therefore,pure oxygen aeration+Linpor-N process was adopted in the biochemical treatment until of the project.In view of the problems during the operation of Linpor-N tank,the operation experience were summarized with the factors influencing ammonia nitrogen removal analyzed at the same time,the proper operation parameters were finally determined.According to the wastewater quality,the optimal operation parameters of Linpor-N tank was as follows:the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen was about 4.0 mg/L,the pH value was 7.5-8.0,the SRT was 15 d,the influent m(BOD5)/m(TKN)value was 3-5,the influent water conductivity was 800-1 300μS/cm.
