摘要
为使渤海海域固定平台生活模块的设计规范化、标准化,以提高设计质量,缩短设计工期,节省设计成本,在推进落实中海石油(中国)有限公司颁布的《海上固定平台生活楼总体规划指南2015》的基础上,以实际进行项目的工程设计为契机,选取适当的、具有代表性的设计输入条件,优化设计,完成标准人数规模的生活模块设计成果作为标准化模板,并将该设计模板应用于其后开展的另一新建项目中。经项目实际应用实施,该设计确实达到了提质、增效、降本的目的:曹妃甸6-4项目使用标准化80人生活模块设计成果,预计节省200万元左右的设计费和2.5万个工时。此做法值得推广应用,对后续工程项目有积极的示范作用和借鉴意义。
In order to normalize and standardize the design of the living quarters on the fixed platform in Bohai Sea and improve the design quality,save design time and cost,based on Offshore Fixed Platform Living Quarter Overall Planning Guide 2015 issued by CNOOC(China)Co.,Ltd.,a new engineering project is chosen as a template to use the recommended engineering sample to meet the appropriate and representative design input conditions.The results of optimization design are applied to another new project.The effect of the practical application shows that the standardized living quarter design template is very useful for improving design quality and saving cost and working time.The living quarter of Caofeidian 6 4 Project is an actual using example,which saves two million RMB and 25 000 man hours for 80 men living quarter using the standardization design template.It is worth extending and using in more offshore platforms.This work has positive demonstration effects and reference significance for the follow up projects.
