摘要
建立具有局部椭圆度的海底管道模型进行结构安全评估,模拟管道屈曲过程并得到临界动力面载荷幅值。分析阻尼对管道屈曲的影响并选取管道阻尼比,并对考虑阻尼管道模型的外压、圆频率、椭圆度进行敏感性分析。结果表明:阻尼对动力载荷下管道压溃有较大影响。在其他条件相同的情况下,余弦载荷对结构的危害性大于正弦载荷,椭圆度管道长轴动力加载的危害性大于短轴加载。
A submarine pipeline model with local ellipticity is established to evaluate the structural safety,to simulate the pipeline buckling process and to obtain the critical load amplitude on dynamic surface.The influence of damping on pipe buckling is analyzed and the general damping ratio is selected.The sensitivity analysis of the external pressure,circular frequency and ellipticity of the damped pipeline model is carried out.The results show that the damping has a great influence on the crushing of the pipeline under dynamic load.Under the same conditions,the cosine load is more harmful to the structure than the sinusoidal load.The long axis dynamic loading of the elliptical pipe is more harmful than the short axis loading.
