探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术

Study on Small Incision Extracapsular Cataract Extraction and Implantation of Artificial Lens

目的对小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的手术方法和临床治疗效果进行观察和研究。方法随机选取2012年11月—2013年12月在该院住院部进行相关手术治疗的白内障患者共54例作为该次实验的研究对象,将患者分为实验组和对比组两组,每组27例患者,对照组患者进行传统的白内障囊外摘除加人工晶状体植入术,实验组患者进行小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术,对两组患者的手术方法和治疗效果进行比较分析。结果实验组视力稳定在(0.85±1.37)°左右,对照组视力稳定在(0.86±1.41)°左右(t=2.351,P=0.332),两组患者的数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组发生并发症的患者共有4例,发生率为14.81%,远好于对照组并发症9例,发生率33.33%的情况。两组患者的数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.241,P=0.002 5)。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术相比于其他手术方式,术后发生并发症情况较少,对患者比较友好,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广。

Objective To observe and study the operative method and clinical treatment effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and implantation of artificial lens.Methods 54 cases of patients with cataract treated by the related surgery in our hospital from November 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 27 cases in each,the control group used the traditional small incision extracapsular cataract extraction of implantation of artificial lens,while the experimental group were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and the operative method and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The vision in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively about(0.85±1.37)°and(0.86±1.41)°(t=2.351,P=0.332),and the differences in the data between the two groups were not obvious,without statistical significance,and the incidence rate in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group(4 cases vs 9 cases,14.81%vs 33.33%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.241,P=0.002 5).Conclusion The postoperative complications of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction of implantation of artificial lens are fewer than the other operative ways,which is friendly to patients,and it is worth further promotion in clinical treatment.
