分析急性脑血栓经参芎葡萄糖注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗的疗效

Analysis of Curative Effect of Shenxiong Glucose Injection Combined with Ozagrel in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析对急性脑血栓患者采取奥扎格雷、参芎葡萄糖注射液同时治疗的效果,及对其神经功能(NIHSS)评分以及生存质量等影响。方法将该院2017年6月—2018年6月接收且单纯实施奥扎格雷治疗的50例急性脑血栓患者为甲组,另选同期接收采取奥扎格雷、参芎葡萄糖注射液同时治疗的50例同疾病患者为乙组,比较其疗效。结果①两组患者治疗前的NIHSS评分、BI指数与QOL评分对比均差异无统计学意义(t=0.032 8、0.020 5、0.032 7,P=0.973 9、0.983 7、0.974 0);治疗后,乙组患者的NIHSS评分低于甲组,BI指数与QOL评分均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.603 2、14.167 4、13.705 6,P=0.000 0);②甲组肺部感染率是8.00%,高于乙组的0.00%,对比存在统计学差异(χ~2=4.166 7,P=0.041 2)。结论急性脑血栓经参芎葡萄糖注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of shenxiong glucose injection combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis and study the effect on the NIHSS score and survival quality.Methods 50 cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis treated with ozagrel in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the group A,while 50 cases of patients with shenxiong glucose injection combined with ozagrel at the same period were selected as the group B,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results①There were no differences in the NIHSS score,BI index and QOL score between the two groups,without statistical significance(t=0.032 8,0.020 5,0.032 7,P=0.973 9,0.983 7,0.974 0);after treatment,the NIHSS score in the group B was lower than that in the group A,and the BI index and QOL score were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.603 2,14.167 4,13.705 6,P=0.000 0).②the lung infection rate in the group A was higher than that in the group B(8.00%vs 0.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.166 7,P=0.041 2).Conclusion The curative effect of shenxiong glucose injection combined with Ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis is obvious,which is worth promotion.
