青春期多囊卵巢综合征临床诊断与治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Pubertal Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨并总结青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床诊断与治疗措施。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月在该院就诊的64例青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者,所有患者均经门诊问询、生化检查、超声检查确诊,符合青春期多囊卵巢综合征临床诊断标准,将所有患者随机分为两组各32例,对照组仅口服妈富隆,观察组在此基础上加用盐酸二甲双胍片,比较两组血清激素指标水平变化与月经变化。结果两组治疗前雌二醇(E2)[(254.11±170.33)pmol/L vs(259.07±166.35)pmol/L]、睾酮(T)[(5.61±1.49)ng/mLvs(5.63±1.52)ng/mL]、促卵泡生长激素(FSH)[(12.78±9.86)mIu/mL vs(12.61±9.16)mIu/mL]水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后与治疗前相比两组均发生变化,但观察组变化更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在月经方面,观察组治疗总有效率为100.0.00%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.194,P<0.05)。结论对青春期多囊卵巢综合征需早诊断、早治疗,妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,适用于临床。

Objective To study and summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 64 cases of patients with pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected,all patients were confirmed by the outpatient consultation,biochemical examination ultrasound examination,meeting the clinical diagnosis standards of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each,the control group only took marvelon orally,while the observation group increased the metformin on the basis of the control group,and the changes of serum hormone level and menstruation were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in the estradiol(E2)[(254.11±170.33)pmol/L vs(259.07±166.35)pmol/L],testosterone(T)[(5.61±1.49)ng/mL vs(5.63±1.52)ng/mL],follicle stimulating honnone(FSH)[(12.78±9.86)mIu/mL vs(12.61±9.16)mIu/mL],(P>0.05),there were great changes before and after treatment,and the changes in the observation group were more obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the total treatment effective rate of menstruation in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(100.00%vs 81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.194,P<0.05).Conclusion We need to conduct the early diagnosis and treatment of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome,and the curative effect of marvelon combined with metformin in treatment of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome is obvious,which is suitable for the clinic.
