短种植体应用于上颌窦内提升植骨与否的短期临床评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的在应用上颌窦内提升术患者的治疗过程中外加短种植体植入术,对患者的植骨与不植骨的短期临床效果进行研究评价。方法对该院在2017年1月—2018年1月收治的患者中随机抽取出100例患者,根据患者是否进行植骨来进行分组,划分为观察组和对照组,每组各有50例患者,没有进行植骨的患者为观察组,植入无机牛骨的患者为对照组。将两组患者的临床效果进行评价,对不同时期的种植体的稳定性进行测量,对上颌窦底剩余的骨高度以及提升高度进行测量,对不同时期的窦底新骨形成高度进行测量。结果观察组与对照组患者第3、6、12个月的种植体稳定性的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组分别为(70.34±4.51)、(73.21±4.25)、(74.92±3.82),对照组分别为(70.26±4.50)、(73.25±4.20)、(74.89±3.92)(t=2.654 3,2.541 9,2.435 8);观察组患者的剩余骨高度以及提升高度低于对照组,观察组:(5.11±0.91)、(3.41±0.98)mm,对照组:(4.81±0.89)、(5.21±1.21)mm,(t=6.254 9,5.648 7);观察组患者的第6、12个月(2.31±0.81)、(2.76±0.98)mm,对照组(4.78±0.89)、4.56±0.80)mm,(t=6.584 9,6.349 7)。结论通过随访发现,短种植体应用到上颌窦内提升术中,植骨与否都可以取得显著地治疗效果,值得在临床上推广以及应用。 Objective To study and evaluate the short-term clinical effect of short implants in sinuses maxillaries to improve the bone grafting.Methods 100 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the bone grafting or not,and the observation group were patients without bone grafting,while the control group were the patients with implantation of inorganic bovine bone,and the clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the stability of implants at different time periods was measured,and the residual bone height of antrum maxillare was measured,and the sinus height of new bone formation was measured at different periods.Results There were no differences in the implant stability between the two groups at 3 months,6 months and 12 months(P>0.05),and the indicators in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(70.34±4.51)、(73.21±4.25)、(74.92±3.82)and(70.26±4.50),(73.25±4.20),(74.89±3.92)(t=2.654 3,2.541 9,2.435 8),and the residual bone height and height improvement in the observation group and in the control group were(5.11±0.91)mm,(3.41±0.98)mm and(4.81±0.89)mm,(5.21±1.21)mm,(t=6.254 9,5.648 7),and the indicators in 6 months and 12 months in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(2.31±0.81)mm、(2.76±0.98)mm and(4.78±0.89)mm,(4.56±0.80)mm(t=6.584 9,6.349 7).Conclusion The follow-up shows that the application of short implants in the improvement of maxillary sinus can obtain an obvious effect whether the bone grafting is conducted or not,and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
