健脾和胃汤配合针灸治疗脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Jianpi Hewei Decoction Combined with Acupunture Therapy of Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Weakness of Spleen and Stomach(Deficiency Cold)

目的探究健脾和胃汤配合针灸治疗脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选取该院在2016年4月—2018年4月间收治的68例慢性浅表性胃炎的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为34例,其中治疗组患者实施健脾和胃汤配合针灸治疗,对照组实施常规西药进行治疗,比较两组患者经过治疗后的临床疗效以及胃镜疗效。结果治疗组的治疗总有效者为97.06%,明显优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率82.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.585 9;P<0.05);治疗组的胃镜检查总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组患者85.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.248 7;P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎的患者应用健脾和胃汤联合针灸治疗的疗效效果良好,并且耐受性比西药好。

Objective To study the curative effect of Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with acupunture therapy of chronic superficial gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach(deficiency cold).Methods 68 cases of patients with chronic superficial gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group used the Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with acupunture therapy,while the control group used the western medicine therapy,and the clinical curative effect and gastroscope curative effect after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group(97.06%vs 82.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.585 9;P<0.05),and the total effective rate of gastroscopy in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.12%vs 85.29%),and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(χ^2=3.248 7;P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with acupunture therapy of chronic superficial gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach(deficiency cold)is good,and the drug-resistance is better than the western medicine.
