摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者分别应用瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗的血脂、动脉粥样硬化程度、血管内皮舒张功能疗效对比。方法将2017年1—12月该院收治的169例冠心病患者纳入该次研究,将其按照自主意愿选择瑞舒伐他汀治疗的86例患者作为观察组,选择阿托伐他汀治疗的83例患者作为对照组,观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后观察组患者各项血脂指标水平TC(3.2±0.8)mmol/L、TG(1.2±0.5)mmol/L、LDL-C(1.6±0.8)mmol/L水平均明显低于对照组患者各项血脂指标水平TC (3.6±1.0)mmol/L (t=2.598,P=0.031),TG (1.6±0.7)mmol/L (t=3.143,P=0.019),LDL-C(1.9±1.0)mmol/L(t=3.055,P=0.022),但HDL-C水平对比无明显差异;治疗后观察组患者的Gensini评分(24.3±5.2)分明显低于对照组患者(27.2±6.1)分(t=2.815,P=0.038),D值(8.3±1.8)%明显高于对照组患者(8.0±1.3)%(t=1.856,P=0.045)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病患者在血脂、动脉粥样硬化及血管内皮舒张功能改善方面要明显优于阿托伐他汀治疗。
Objective To study the comparison of clinical effect of suvastatin and atorvastatin in treatment of Blood lipids,atherosclerosis and endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 169 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,the observation group with 86 cases were treated with rosuvastatin,while the control group with 83 cases were treated with atorvastatin,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TC(3.2±0.8)mmol/L,TG(1.2±0.5)mmol/L,LDL-C(1.6±0.8)mmol/L in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,TC(3.6±1.0)mmol/L(t=2.598,P=0.031),TG(1.6±0.7)mmol/L(t=3.143,P=0.019),LDL-C(1.9±1.0)mmol/L(t=3.055,P=0.022),but there was no obvious difference in the HDL-C level between the two groups,after treatment,the Gensini score of patients in the observation group after treatment was obviously lower than that in the control group[(24.3±5.2)points vs(27.2±6.1)points(t=2.815,P=0.038)],and D value was obviously higher than that in the control group[(8.3±1.8)%vs(8.0±1.3)%(t=1.856,P=0.045)].Conclusion The improvement effect of suvastatin in treatment of Blood lipids,atherosclerosis and endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease is obviously better than that of atorvastatin.
