负压封闭吸引技术在烧伤后严重组织缺损创面中的护理研究

Study on Vacuum Sealing Aspiration Technology in the Nursing of Severe Tissue Defect Wound Surface after Burning

目的探讨VSD负压封闭吸引技术治疗烧伤后严重组织缺损创面的疗效观察及护理方法。方法研究对象选取该院2017年5月—2018年5月之间收治30例烧伤后严重组织缺损患者,彻底清创后进行VSD负压封闭吸引治疗,观察和统计患者的护理效果、愈合时间、换药次数等。结果治疗7～10 d后对负压引流装置进行拆除,30例烧伤患者中,一期愈合46.67%,二期愈合50.00%,平均创伤愈合时间(27.3±6.1)d,患者烧伤创面可见大量新鲜肉芽组织。行游离植皮或皮瓣移植术后伤面愈合良好。结论应用VSD负压封闭吸引治疗烧伤后严重组织缺损可以很好的保护创面,避免了换药给病人带来的痛苦,减轻患者的经济负担,缩短病程,提高治愈率。

Objective To study the vacuum sealing aspiration technology in the nursing of severe tissue defect wound surface after burning.Methods 30 cases of patients with severe tissue defect wound surface after burning admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and treated with vacuum sealing aspiration technology after the radical debridement,and the nursing effect,healing time,and dressing frequency of patients were observed and counted.Results The negative pressure drainage device was removed in 7-10 d after treatment,of 30 cases of burning patients,the first-stage healing rate and second-stage healing rate were respectively 46.67%and 50.00%,and the average wound healing time was(27.3±6.1)d,and there were a large number of fresh granulation tissues in the burning wound surface,and the postoperative wound surface healing was good after the free bone grafting or flap transplanting.Conclusion The application of vacuum sealing aspiration technology in the nursing of severe tissue defect wound surface after burning can better protect the wound surface,avoid the pains of dressing change,relieve the economic burden of patients,shorten the disease course and improve the cure rate.
