诱导表达护理在改善胃镜检查患者心理状态的影响

Effect of Induced Expression Nursing on the Improvement of Mental State of Patients with Gastroscopy

目的探析诱导表达护理对胃镜检查患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月于该院接受胃镜检查的76例患者,采用抽签法随机分为两组,每组38例。研究组患者采用诱导表达护理,对照组采用基础护理,对比两组患者心理状态及舒适度。结果干预后,研究组患者焦虑(HAMA)和抑郁(HAMD)评分分别为(5.6±0.7)分和(6.4±1.1)分,均低于对照组(8.9±1.1)分和(9.8±1.4)分,舒适度评分(84.2±4.6)分高于对照组(77.4±3.0)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.602,P=0.000;t=11.772,P=0.000;t=7.633,P=0.000)。结论胃镜检查患者采用诱导表达护理可改善心理状态,提高舒适度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of induced expression nursing on the improvement of mental state of patients with gastroscopy.Methods 76 cases of patients with gastroscopy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each,the study group used the induced expression nursing,while the control group used the basic nursing,and the mental state and comfort degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(5.6±0.7)points,(6.4±1.1)points vs(8.9±1.1)points,(9.8±1.4)points],and the comfort score was higher than that in the control group[84.2±4.6)points vs(77.4±3.0)points],and the differences were obvious(t=15.602,P=0.000;t=11.772,P=0.000;t=7.633,P=0.000).Conclusion The induced expression nursing of patients with gastroscopy can improve the mental state and improve the comfort degree,and it is worth promotion and application.
