临床路径在前列腺增生患者护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Path in Nursing of Patients with Hyperplasia of Prostate Gland

目的研究临床路径在前列腺增生患者护理中的应用效果。方法该次研究选取2017年1—12月间该院收治的前列腺增生患者263例进行随机对照研究,患者入院后根据病历号奇偶性进行分组,其中奇数编号的131例划入对照组,剩余偶数编号的132例则划入研究组,所有患者均接受手术治疗,对照组患者应用常规护理,研究组患者则应用临床路径护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果对比研究组与对照组患者的膀胱冲洗天数[(2.56±1.22)d vs (4.02±1.54)d]、留置导尿管天数[(3.23±1.26)d vs (4.78±1.56)d]及住院天数[(8.67±2.07)d vs(12.13±3.45)d],可见研究组明显较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(t=8.525,8.867,9.871,P<0.05);对比两组患者的护理满意度(95.45%vs 76.34%)与相关知识达标率(96.97%vs 77.10%),可见研究组明显较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.880,23.062,P<0.05);对比两组患者的并发症情况(3.79%vs 24.43%),可见研究组明显较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.366,P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理能够提升前列腺增生患者的护理满意度,有效缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the application effect of clinical path in nursing of patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland.Methods 263 cases of patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the medical records after admission,the control group with 131 cases used the routine nursing,while the study group with 132 cases used the clinical path nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The bladder irrigation days[(2.56±1.22)d vs(4.02±1.54)d],indwelling catheter days[(3.23±1.26)d vs.(4.78±1.56)d]and hospitalization days[(8.67±2.07)d vs(12.13±3.45)d]were in the study group and in the control group,and the indicators in the study group were obviously shorter than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=8.525,8.867,9.871,P<0.05);and the nursing satisfactory degree and related knowledge standards-reaching rate were(95.45%vs 76.34%)and(96.97%vs 77.10%),and the indicators in the study group were obviously better than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=19.880,23.062,P<0.05),and the complication of the two groups was(3.79%vs 24.43%),and the incidence rate of complications in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=24.366,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path nursing can improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland,effectively shorten the length of stay and reduce the incidence rate of complications,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
