摘要
KiSS-1基因在青春期发育过程和肿瘤转移增生中起着重要作用,尤其是近几年人们认识到KiSS-1基因在很多肿瘤中表达异常,如结直肠癌、肝癌等,表明KiSS-1参与抑制癌细胞的侵袭和转移。文章就KiSS-1基因的结构功能与肿瘤的关系和生殖内分泌功能进行相关阐述。
KiSS-1 gene plays an important role in the development of puberty development process and tumor metastasis and hyperplasia,especially,when people are aware of the abnormal expression of KISS-1 gene in many tumors in recent years,such as colorectal cancer and liver cancer,which shows the KiSS-1 participates in the invasion and metastasis of inhibition of cancer cells.The paper conducts the related elaboration of structural function of KISS-1 gene,correlation with tumors and reproductive endocrine function.
