含裂纹超高压反应管的疲劳寿命有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 超高压反应管是聚乙烯生产合成装置的核心组件,一旦失效,将会造成严重的事故。基于断裂力学理论,采用帕里斯公式分析了含有微裂纹的超高压反应管的疲劳寿命。考虑超高压反应管实际运行中的复杂情况,在裂纹不同方向、长度与深度的条件下,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件分析超高压反应管的等效应力分布与疲劳寿命,为超高压反应管的安全运行与寿命预测提供理论依据。 The ultra-high pressure tubular reactor is the core component of polyethylene production and synthesis unit.Once it fails,it will cause serious accidents.Based on the theory of fracture mechanics,the fatigue life of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactor with micro-cracks was analyzed by Paris formula.Considering the complex conditions in the actual operation of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactors,the equivalent stress distribution and fatigue life of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactors were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench finite element software under the conditions of different directions,lengths and depths of cracks,which would provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation and life prediction of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactors.
