摘要
针对舰船物资运送装置舱口部位存在部件功能单一、结构复杂、占用空间大等问题,运用集成化设计理论将其组成、结构进行整合优化形成多功能转运平台,对其抗核爆冲击性能进行分析计算,并搭建试验平台对其功能进行试验验证。结果表明,集成后的转运平台功能可靠、性能稳定,能够满足系统的多种功能需求及技术指标要求,并可有效减轻设备质量,节省贮存空间。
Aiming at the problems of single function,complicated structure and large occupied space in the hatch part of the ship material transportation device,the multi-functional transport platform was designed by using integrated design theory to integrate and optimize its composition and structure.The anti-nuclear impact performance was analyzed,and the experimental platform was built to verify its performance.The results showed that the designed transport platform has reliable functions and stable performance,which can meet the various functional and technical requirements of the system,so as to effectively reduce the weight of the equipment and save storage space.
