摘要 针对大型二冲程柴油机扫气箱发生火灾后,轮机员对火情判断时间长,采取灭火措施单一、灭火效果差,灭火操作人员存在烫伤安全隐患等问题,根据扫气箱的实际特点及灭火原理,通过STM32芯片为主控制设备,温度传感器及光敏电阻为检测设备,电磁阀为执行设备,液晶为显示设备的电路设计,以及灭火介质的管路设计,实现扫气箱火灾的智能检测、预防及火灾处理。 After a fire occurs in the scavenging air box of a large diesel engine,the engineer have long time to judge the fire situation,single fire extinguishing measure are adopted,the fire extinguishing effect is poor,and the fire extinguishing operators have potential danger of scald.According to the characteristics of the scavenging air box and the fire extinguishing principle,a set of scavenging air box fire detection and treatment devices was designed,using the STM32 chips as the main control equipment,the temperature sensors and photosensitive resistors as detection equipment,the electromagnetic valves as execution equipment,the liquid crystals as the display equipment,and the pipeline of the fire-fighting medium.By this device,the intelligent detection,prevention and fire treatment of scavenging air box fire can be realized.
