摘要
针对旧油船改造FPSO的工程项目,为了在投标阶段快速锁定工程项目需要的油船,在考虑目标海域环境条件、影响船体主尺度因素和预估上部模块质量的基础上,先采用油船吨位估算方法选定油船吨位级别,再基于FPSO设计寿命要求和改造工程经验,对各因素划分权重比,实行百分制评估,建立船体状态定性评估方法,筛选出评分高的2、3艘油船作为候选船舶,根据船级社的结构校核软件对候选船舶进行定量评估,综合价格因素,确定性价比最佳的油船作为目标油船。
For an old tanker to FPSO conversion project,a method of selecting old tanker was set forth in order to quickly lock out the oil tankers needed in the bidding stage.On the basis of considering the environmental conditions of the target sea area,influencing factors of hull principal dimensions and predicting the weight of the upper module,the tanker tonnage grade was selected by the oil tanker tonnage estimation method.Based on the design life requirement of FPSO and the experience in ship reconstruction engineering,the weight ratio of each factor was divided,the percentile evaluation was carried out,and the qualitative evaluation method of ship hull condition was established.According to the method,two or three oil tankers with high grade were selected as candidate ships.According to the structural checking software of the classification society,the candidate ships were evaluated quantitatively,and the price factors were combined to determine a tanker with the best ratio of performance to price as the target tanker.
