中西药联合治疗自体动静脉内瘘并发血栓瘀阻症

Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine on concurrent thrombus stasis of autologous arteriovenous internal fistula

目的:回顾性了解我院自成立血透中心以来在血液透析过程中对血管通路(自体动静脉内瘘并发血栓瘀阻)应用药物干预的进展。方法:查阅大量相关文献,从口服、注射到外用等一系列抗凝、抗栓药物的应用进展进行归纳总结。结果:在血液透析中为了维护血管通路的畅通,无论是口服给药还是注射给药亦或是采取中药制剂外用在促进血管通路(自体动静脉内瘘)成熟及抗瘀溶栓中的应用都发挥着重要作用。结论:中西药应用于促进透析患者血管通路(自体动静脉内瘘)及日常维护血管通路对抗血栓形成有相辅相成,取长补短之功效。

In this paper,we reviewed the progress of drug intervention on concurrent thrombus stasis of vascular access(autologous arteriovenous internal fistula)in hemodialysis since the establishment of hemodialysis center in our hospital through reviewing and summarizing of a large amount of literatures on the application progress of anticoagulant and antithrombotic drugs from oral,injection to external preparations.Through promoting the maturation of vascular access(autologous arteriovenous internal fistula)and anti-stasis thrombolysis,the application of oral,injection or external traditional Chinese medicine preparations plays an important role in maintaining unimpeded vascular access in hemodialysis.In conclusion,the application of Chinese and western medicine in promoting the maturation of the vascular access(autologous arteriovenous internal fistula)and antithrombosis in daily maintenance of vascular access against thrombosis has complementary effects.
