金融支持江西航空产业“蛙跳式”发展:机理与实现路径

金融的资本形成机制、投资导向机制、资金集中机制、信用催化机制、风险分担机制精准匹配了航空产业具有产业链长、连带效应强、资金投入多、风险大的特殊属性,能够促进航空产业发展所需经济要素实现合理配置,实现航空资源的资本化、航空资产的资本化、航空未来价值的资本化,从而给航空产业以更大的推力并有效地拓展其发展空间。本文通过考察金融支持江西航空产业发展现状,发现存在金融总量有效供给不足、金融业态发展滞后、风险分担政策机制缺失等问题。在遵循金融与产业之间内在机理的基础上,依据江西金融资源禀赋,从推进供给侧结构改革、培育"三位一体"金融新业态、加快金融风险分担配套建设三个方面构建了金融支持江西航空产业发展的具体路径。

Financial capital formation mechanism,investment-oriented mechanism,capital centralization mechanism,credit catalysis mechanism and risk sharing mechanism accurately match the special attributes of aviation industry,such as long industrial chain,strong joint effect,large capital investment and high risk,and promote the rational allocation of economic elements needed for the development of aviation industry to realize the capitalization of aviation resources,the capitalization of aviation assets,the capitalization of aviation future value,so as to give the aviation industry a greater thrust and effectively expanding development space.By studying the financial support for the development of Jiangxi aviation industry,we find that there exist the problems such as insufficient effective supply of financial support for Jiangxi aviation industry,backward development of financial industry and lack of risk-sharing policy mechanism.By following the internal mechanism of finance and industry,according to Jiangxi's financial resources endowment,this paper puts forward three aspects:pushing forward the reform of supply-side structure,cultivating a new financial form of"trinity"and speeding up the construction of supporting financial risk-sharing system to build a specific path of financial support for the development of aviation industry.
