闽西农村妇女参政议政现状及对策研究

Situations of Rural Women's Participation in Politics in West Fujian and Their Countermeasures

农村妇女参政议政是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。当前闽西农村妇女参政议政存在的问题表现在政治参与度较弱;政治认知水平参差不齐,社会性别意识冲突显著;女干部比例偏低,权力边缘化等方面。必须强化政策保障、营造良好社会氛围、全面提升妇女综合素质、加大财政投入力度,为进一步推进新时期农村妇女参政议政工作提供新思路。

Rural women's participation in politics is an important part of building a new socialist countryside.At present,such problems still exist in rural women's participation in politics in West Fujian as weak political participation;uneven level of political awareness,significant conflict of gender consciousness;low proportion of female cadres and marginalization of power;etc.This paper puts forward such countermeasuresas strengthening policy guarantee,creating a good social atmosphere,improving women's comprehensive literacy in an all-round way,as well as increasing financial input,in order to further promote rural women's participation in political affairs in the new era.
